Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we moved the face-to-face consultancy services we provide in offices to Mavi Kalem’s free Consultation Line in order to respond to needs more quickly. The consultation line can be reached from any region of Turkey, and we provide services in Turkish and Arabic.
While the Mavi Kalem Consultation Line can be reached between 10.30 and 16.30 on weekdays, we have observed that there are too many calls outside these hours. We have changed the time intervals in order to facilitate the access of the beneficiaries to the services and to produce quick solutions. With the shift system of our teammates working on the consultation line, we extended the hours of access to the consultation line.
As of October, our consultation line continues to serve between 09:30 and 20:00. You can call us at the numbers below to get information about our work and to benefit from our services.

You can get information on current issues such as the COVID-19 pandemic, education, health and law by calling our consultation line. You can get support from hospitals or public institutions such as making an appointment and translation. In addition, you can get information about the services provided by Mavi Kalem and you can participate in these events later by stating your wish to participate in the events. If necessary, you can get support be being referred to other institutions and organizations or to psychological counseling services within Mavi Kalem.
